Inclusion has to be Continuous
Inclusion has to be purposeful. Too often we only do inclusion whn onboarding or when an employee starts. But if we want a truly diverse culture, we need to do inclusion through the whole lifecycle of an employee’s journey. In my talk, I am going to share the important things that we need to do as leaders and as fellow employees to create that safe inclusive environment to allow diversity and diversity of thought to exist. I will be overlaying my personal examples as I bring up some concepts.
